The Positive Course
for Family Transitions
Mediation is a voluntary, private and confidential process that offers couples a safe and neutral forum where they may resolve their differences. The couple makes the decisions and the mediator acts as a neutral facilitator. This process requires that each person is able to represent their point of view and is willing to consider the other's views. An ability to manage emotions is also critical to a successful process.
