How long does it take?

The length of the process depends on the complexity of your situation and meeting availability. Very few prenups take less than six weeks. 3 months is more the norm. I encourage my clients to schedule their inital meeting with me six months before the wedding. That way there is enough time to craft your Collaborative Prenup thoughtfully and be finished well before your wedding date.
